1. Online SBI

Log in to your SBI current or savings account on the official SBI website and pay your SBI card dues online. You can pay your dues anywhere and anytime without the hassle of standing in a queue through this method of payment.

How to pay using online SBI?

I. Register your SBI credit card on the website

  • Log in to onlinesbi.com using your net banking user ID and password.
  • Click on “Bill Payments” and go to the “Manage Biller” section.
  • Select the “Add” option in the “Manage Biller” section and opt for “All India Billers” and select “SBI Cards and Payment Services Ltd” as the biller.
  • Register your biller details and click on “Submit”. You will receive a One Time Password (OTP) on your registered mobile number.

II. Pay your bills

  • Click on the “view/pay bills” section and click on “without bills”.

1. Are non-CTC cheques accepted for payment?

Yes, non-CTC cheques are accepted for payment of SBI credit card outstanding. However, as per the Cheque Truncation System (CTS) guidelines, the banking of such cheques will happen only on Monday. Also, while writing the cheques, fill in your SBI credit card number and amount exactly and do not over-write as cheques with alterations and corrections will be returned unpaid.

Cheques dropped in Metro locations will take 4 working days to get processed, while cheques dropped in non-Metro locations will be take 6 working days to get processed and start reflecting in your SBI Card account. Also, the cheques dropped on Saturday after 12 o’clock will start getting processed from the next working day onwards.
